Transcript
Narrator: Next morning, James returned to Tidmouth Sheds, still frustrated.
James: I can't believe I spent a night in a siding, because of Molly!
Molly: You should have gotten here before me, then!
James: What do you have that I don't?!
Percy: Well, she's not a brat like you are!
Narrator: Before James could retort, Sir Topham Hatt arrived. He is the man in charge of Sodor. James pretended not to be angry.
Sir Topham Hatt: Engines, I have an important announcement to make. A new diesel is arriving on Sodor on loan from the other railway. I want you all to make him fit in. Also, Alicia Botti has many tours, but Sodor is not on her list. However, a rock band is coming called The Beatles are coming here on tour.
Emily: I thought a beetle was an insect!
Sir Topham Hatt: {laughs} No, Emily! Beatles with an A!
Emily: {realizes} Oh.
Sir Topham Hatt: Thomas, I want you to pick them up at Brendam docks.
Thomas: Yes, sir!
James: Why does Thomas get the special job?! I should get a special job, and I never receive one!
Henry: You do, James, and all of them end up in disaster, leading to another engine taking the special and not you.
James: That is completely-
Sir Topham Hat: SILENCE! James, you are working in the yards, shunting trucks with Stanley and Duck.
James: Trucks?! No way will I work with trucks!
Sir Topham Hatt: If you don't, I will have you painted blue to teach you manners.
Narrator: James felt hurt, and he puffed away, upset. Sir Topham Hatt left.
Edward: That James is getting worser every day.
Gordon: He won't go as fast as I can.
Percy: He's a bully, he is!
Duck: No respect for the Great Western...
Oliver: Or tank engines for that matter...
Donald: Och, and he's haarsh with cooches!
Thomas: I'm surprised that Sir Topham Hatt hasn't put him in a museum to teach him to behave.
Emily: And why does he always pick on girls?!
Molly: No freakin' clue, he's a day tripper.
{Cut to James shunting with Stanley and Duck.}
The Beatles: {McCartney}

{James is pushing trucks into a siding.}
Stanley: James, you're going too far with the trucks!
James: {stops} Why?
Stanley: They'll pay you out soon.
James: Pah! I can manage trucks! {resumes}
Stanley: What an fool.
James: I HEARD THAT!!
{The trucks are pushing James into a siding by unsafe buffers.}
Troublesome Trucks: ON! ON! ON!
James: Oohhh! Why didn't I listen?!
{James crashes into the coal pile, and coal flies everywhere. Duck has seen everything.}
Duck: {chuckling as he passes} I always knew you'd go too far, James!
James: {silently fuming}
{Meanwhile, Thomas is pulling into Brendam Docks with Annie and Clarabel.}
Narrator: Thomas pulled into Brendam Docks. He saw a long olive green diesel, and on his roof was a giant metal claw. This made Thomas nervous.
Thomas: This diesel is scary.
Cranky: He's called Diesel 10. He's 10 out of 10 for devious deeds and brutal strength. He's made to clear tracks without summoning of the breakdown train.
Narrator: Thomas shuddered. He then heard a song in the distance.
{All My Loving is playing in the background.}
Thomas: Who are they?
Narrator: Interested, Thomas puffed forward, away from Diesel 10, and saw them, practicing for their concert.
The Beatles:
And I'll send all my loving to you
All my loving I will send to you.
All my loving darling I'll be true.
All my loving. All my loving ooh
All my loving I will send to you
{The song ends.}
Thomas: Hello! Welcome to the Island of Sodor.
John Lennon: Heh, thank you very much. Have you got your drumsticks with you, Ring?
Ringo Starr: Right here, John.
Thomas: {looking at Ringo} I'm sure we've met somewhere before...
Ringo Starr: Hello, Thomas. These are my mates, John, Paul...
Paul McCartney: Nice to meet you.
Ringo Starr: ...and George.
George Harrison: Peace.
Narrator: The Beatles climbed aboard Annie and Clarabel, and Thomas set off. John began singing a song. Thomas heard it, and couldn't resist joining in.
The Beatles: {Lennon}
Any time at all,
Any time at all,
Any time at all,
All you've gotta do is call
And I'll be there.
{Thomas passes Gordon pulling the express, they whistle to each other.}
If you need somebody to love,
Just look into my eyes,
I'll be there to make you feel right.
If you're feeling sorry and sad, I'd really sympathize. {Thomas passes Neville in a siding and whistles to him.}
Don't you be sad, just call me tonight.
{Thomas stops at a signal to let Spencer pass.}
Any time at all,
Any time at all,
Any time at all,
All you've gotta do is call
And I'll be there.
{Thomas puffs past the windmill, like in the old Thomas opening.}
If the sun has faded away, I'll try to make it shine.
There is nothin' I won't do.
When you need a shoulder to cry on, I hope it will be mine.
Call me tonight, and I'll come to you.
{Thomas puffs by Henry with a goods train, they whistle to each other.}
Any time at all,
Any time at all,
Any time at all,
All you've gotta do is call
And I'll be there.
{Instrumental break; Thomas passes Edward helping James out of the coal pile.}
{Thomas arrives at the Sodor hotel.}
Any time at all,
Any time at all,
Any time at all,
All you've gotta do is call
And I'll be there.
Any time at all, {The Beatles are finishing up their song.}
All you've gotta do is call
And I'll be there.
Narrator: The Beatles climbed out of Annie and Clarabel, thanked Thomas for their journey, and rented a room for the stay.
{End of scene two.}
