Kara is a fictional character from the American children's TV show Shining Time Station
Family
- Harry Cooper: Harry is Kara's grandfather. One time, he came to the station, and the two of them entered a soap-box derby race, though Kara had her doubts about it first.
- Tanya Cooper: Tanya and Kara are cousins. Kara arrived at Shining Time around the same time that Tanya left.
Relationships with Other Characters
- Kara has met almost every character from seasons 2-3, as well as several from season 1, except for the Jukebox Puppet Band.

- Kara normally wears a pink shirt with a dark green skirt.
