Two items...

  • Content building: Slambo is going through the web archives at the United States National Transportation Safety Board adding content to the various year and anniversary pages. The accident reports freely available in the public domain include detailed information on the minor through the more spectacular accidents that have occurred in the last 40 years, and could provide the basis for complete articles on each incident.
  • Content assessment: Slambo rolled out updates to a few talk page templates ({{UKR}} and {{USR}}) and created a new template ({{assessment}}) that enable Train Spotting World editors to classify articles by their overall quality and importance to various workforces. The templates also help the workforces sort articles with open tasks, such as those that need improved referencing, images or maps.

  • We need more people to pick up years (etc) and to make the page for a year "complete". Even ten minutes every so often would be good Tim Trent Talk to me 23:27, 7 January 2008 (UTC)
  • Guidelines:Commercial links and advertising is up for discussion, edits, and formalising. All interested parties please at least read it, add and subtract what you feel is right, or simply discuss it. Tim Trent Talk to me 23:30, 7 January 2008 (UTC)
