Summary
The plough blade details from the Ballast Plough which was at the Kingswear terminus of the Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway in August 2007. Note there are windlass handles in each cab that raise and lower the plough mechanisms, and the plough has a similar mechanism at each end of the truck
