SM04 is the name for Polish diesel locomotive designed for shunting.

History

The SM04 is a later version of the SM03 locomotive and was also designed for servicing locomotives parks, as well as small and medium stations. The only differences between the SM03 and SM04 is seen in the type of engine (14H6 in SM04). Most of these locos were used in industry. Only two items were used by PKP.
