Vince and Victor is episode 21 of The New Life.
Plot
Victor and Kevin are working hard at the Steamworks, but then Duck comes in to tell them that Victor's twin Vince is arriving on Misty Island. Victor becomes disappointed because Vince was always the better of the two. Vince then happily chuffs in and argues with Victor about who was better. They soon go seperate ways and try to have a good life without each other.
