Christian Wolmar is the well-known transport journalist and commentator on current railway matters. Often seen on news programmes, he is also a very enjoyable public speaker.
This evening Christian will be giving a talk based on his latest book, about the history of Britain's railways.
It promises to be a very good evening.
The event will take place at 20:00 at The Manor, adjacent to Slough Station, although members usually start gathering from 19:30. All are welcome. Note - there is an entrance fee to cover the running costs of The Manor.
