The Madrid Railroad was a short lived 2 ft (610 mm) gauge narrow gauge common carrier railroad in the State of Maine. It was built in 1902 and ran from Madrid Junction on the Phillips and Rangeley Railroad to a lumber camp at Weld Township. It was operated by the Phillips and Rangeley Railroad until both railroads were acquired by the Sandy River and Rangeley Lakes Railroad.
