Highland Chieftain

The Highland Chieftain is a named passenger train in the UK. It is operated by the current East Coast franchise holder, Great North Eastern Railway Ltd (GNER).
In the current timetable, on Mondays to Fridays the train departs London Kings Cross at noon, and arrives at Inverness eight hours and seven minutes later.
The train is formed of a HST set.
