Hakodate Main Line is a 423.1 km railway line between the cities of Hakodate and Asahikawa on the Japanese island of Hokkaidō. It is one of the trunk lines operated by the Hokkaido Railway Company.

Construction of the line began with the Otaru-Sapporo segment in 1880, and was complete by 1898.
