Foxton Halt

The smallest stop on the line, only accomodating 1 coach, Foxton Halt is the ideal stop for keen walkers and hikers.

The small island platform is there to accomodate both the mainline and the branch. There is a shuttle from Kingsford every 15 minutes, and the mainline trains towards Crystal Bay also stop there if a request is made to the guard. The only train to pick up is the shuttle, so passengers wanting to go to the halt must make sure that they are aware of the shuttle operating times. There is also no drop-off from mainline trains in the Kingsford direction.
