This image is of a branded product cover, and the copyright for it is most likely owned by either the company responsible of marketing the product in question or the manufacturer which produced either the cover or product itself. It is believed that the use of low-resolution images of branded product covers
- to illustrate the product or brand in question
- on the English-language Wikipedia, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation,
qualifies as fair use under United States copyright law. Any other uses of this image, on Wikipedia or elsewhere, might be copyright infringement. See Wikipedia:Fair use for more information.
To the uploader: please add a detailed fair use rationale for each use, as described on Wikipedia:Image description page, as well as the source of the work and copyright information.
Ok, I'm not sure about the tag which should be used here (WHAT A TERRIBLE BUREAUCRACY!!!), so I will explain myself for having uploaded this photo in the best way I can.
1. The author of the photo will surely take no damage from my action. Just the opposite: he would be glad if someone gets interested in buying the stuff presented on it form him.
2. For the publisher of the product (actually a promo toy - I don't even know if it was buyable or distributed freely), namely the band called Red Box, it makes absolutely no difference, as it has disbanded long time ago.
3. The presented product is a unique example of usage of a commonly known "Thomas The Tank Engine" design for promotional purposes of someone else, so I find it appropriate to mention this fact in a TTTE article.
