Tale of Misty Seas is Episode 2 of The New Life.

Plot

Thomas, Percy and Duck see Salty arrive on Misty Island, so they ask if he could tell them a story. The boat trip reminded him of a famous story of Misty Seas, the ocean between Sodor and Misty Island. The story is about an engine who was carelessly puffing off Misty Island and fell into Misty Seas, and never came out again. Then the engines try and find the sunken engine so they can all have a new friend, but Sir Topham Hatt tries to stop them.
