British Rail Class 66/4

The Class 66/4 subclass of the British Rail Class 66 Co-Co diesel locomotives consists of 13 locomotives, with 7 more due to arrive in the UK during the latter part of 2006.

DRS had originally opted for "heritage" traction of classes 20, 33, 37 and 47 but the success of the Class 66 design with EWS and Freightliner saw them buy 10 locomotives.

They can be distinguished from the other blue Class 66/7s of GB Railfreight by having blue (rather than orange) cab, swoosh DRS logo and red buffer beam.
